WJB Boys Basketball Tryouts
Tryouts for the Walter J. Baird Blue Devil Basketball Team are open to current 5th, 6th, and 7th grade boys who will be attending WJB in the fall for the 2026–2027 school year. Keep reading to see tryout information, summer practices, and more.
What To Bring
Students attending tryouts must wear tennis shoes and athletic attire. New players are required to bring an up-to-date physical.
All tryouts will take place in the WJB Gym. Parents can drop players off in the parking area between the softball field and the gym. Please report to tryouts at least 15 minutes early to sign in and warm up.
