Mr. Canales has been with WJB for five years as an ESL teacher, coach, club sponsor, and now in his 2nd year in School Counseling as a graduate of David Lipscomb. Mr. Canales is excited to work with 7th grade and 8th grade (M-Z) this year. He is originally from Illinois and will be getting married this September. How exciting that he gets to visit Ireland on his honeymoon!

Mrs. Bowman is transferring from Wilson County Schools as she has served both as a teacher and school counselor for over two decades. Mrs. Bowman is excited to work with 6th grade and 8th grade (A-L) this year. Mrs. Bowman enjoys helping her students build a mindset towards success as she has a passion for career readiness. Because she is a cheerleader at heart, you will catch her in the stands rooting against the competition! Her kids play competitive sports, too!
