My Ride K-12 User Guide (for parents / guardians)

 

How to access the My Ride K-12 website:

  1. Using the Chrome browser, go to myridek12.tylerapp.com.
  2. Click “REGISTER” to start the registration process.
  3. To register, enter your email address, your first name, your last name and a password.
  4. After registering, you will receive a confirmation email.  Click on the link (“Verify Email”) in your email to confirm your registration.
  5. When prompted, search for “Lebanon Special School District”, then click on the pop up and hit “Select”.
  6. Click on “Add Student” and provide the relevant information it asks regarding your child.  You will need your child’s “Other ID” number, which can be seen on the profile section in Skyward.  Repeat this step to add any other students in your household.
  7. Once you have added a student, you can click on that student’s profile to see all relevant transportation information.
 

How to access the My Ride K-12 Mobile App:

  1. Download the My Ride K-12 app from Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
  2. Open the My Ride K-12 app.
  3. Search for “Lebanon Special School District”, then click “Select”.
  4. Proceed to the Login page, click “REGISTER”.
  5. To register, enter your email address, your first name, your last name and a password.
  6. After registering, you will receive a confirmation email.  Click on the link (“Verify Email”) in your email to confirm your registration.
  7. Log in on the My Ride K-12 app, then proceed to “My Students”.  Choose the “+”  button to go to the “Add Student” screen.
  8. To add your child, enter the Other ID # assigned by your child’s school district, which can be seen on the profile section in Skyward.  Repeat this step to add additional children.
  9. Once you have added a student, you can click on that student’s profile to see all relevant transportation information.
 

*   No one should be able to access your child’s information unless you share that information.

*   Regularly check for updates to ensure that your device is running the latest version of the app.

*   Remain logged in to the app to receive notifications, even when the app is not actively working.
