Positive Action Group
What is the Positive Action Group?
The Positive Action Group is a new small-group opportunity coming soon to Walter J. Baird Middle School for 6th-grade students.
The group is designed to help students build essential life skills in a supportive environment, including:
- Communication
- Decision-making
- Managing peer pressure
- Self-control
- Developing a positive self-concept
- Drug and alcohol awareness
The Positive Action Group is still in the early stages of forming, and we are currently collecting parent consent forms. Once enough forms are received, we hope to begin meeting soon.
Who Can Join?
This group is open to 6th-grade students only. Participation requires a completed parent consent form.
